Since the 2018 Winter Olympics kicked off in Pyeongchang, South Korea, snowboarder Chloe Kim has emerged not only as a gold medal-winning badass, but also as quite possibly the most relatable one there is. The 17-year-old’s hilarious tweets about food, her admission that she held back tears on the medal podium to preserve her eyeliner, and the news that she listened to Lady Gaga and Cardi B while dominating the halfpipe have had us constantly repeating, “same.” And in a new interview with Good Morning America’s Amy Robach, Chloe gave us even more reasons to want to be her best friend.
When asked what she’s going to do next, Chloe told Robach her big plans include prom (“find me a boy”), hanging out with her dog, and relaxing. “It will be nice to just chill a little bit,” she said. “I’m probably going to be hibernating for however many days in my room sleeping. Wake up to eat, go back to sleep. That sounds very nice.” It certainly does.
She also revealed that her celebrity crush is Riverdale star KJ Apa (same), she loves working out to Beyoncé (same), her guilty pleasure is sweets (same), and she can’t travel without her lip balm (same).
