
For the fifth time in the last six Winter Olympics, the U.S. women’s hockey team will play for the gold medal. Team USA posted a 5-0 win against Finland in the semifinals to continue its quest to end Canada’s 16-year hold on gold in women’s hockey. The USA will play the winner of Monday's second semifinal between Canada and Russia (known there as the Olympic Athletes from Russia) in the gold medal game Thursday. The U.S. men's hockey team plays Slovakia at 10:10 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Beloved children's show Mister Rogers' Neighborhood celebrates its 50th anniversary Monday on PBS, which the public broadcaster will mark next month with star-studded retrospective Mister Rogers: It's You I Like (March 6, 8 ET/PT, times may vary). It's one of several projects in the pipeline centered on the affable TV host, including documentary Won't You Be My Neighbor? and just-announced biopic You Are My Friend, starring Tom Hanks. Fred Rogers died of stomach cancer in 2003 at age 74.
Brokers now have new weapons to help them battle financial fraud against older Americans. One rule, which takes effect Monday, allows brokers to put a temporary hold on a requested account withdrawal if financial exploitation is suspected. Older Americans lose roughly $36.5 billion to fraud each year, according to 2015 estimates from retirement planning site True Link. Fraud can occur when a retiree's cognitive abilities slip, and roughly 1 in 18 "cognitively intact" older adults is victim to financial scams, fraud or abuse, according to a 2017 study in the American Journal of Public Health.
