Awkward moment Susanna Reid has to halt GMB interview with Labour MP Tom Watson after being interrupted by loud bangs 'as the ITV studio fell apart'

Good Morning Britain hosts Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid were left red-faced this morning when a loud bang interrupted a tense interview with Tom Watson.
The Labour politician was on the ITV breakfast chat show to discuss a Government consultation on changes to the betting industry.
But as Madeley begins questioning the deputy party leader on what suggested legal changes might do to industry profits, things take a turn for the worse.
A loud bang can be heard coming from behind the scenes, which sounded like the studio was falling apart at the seams.
He says: 'I think somebody just lost their steak.' Adding: 'I've lost my question now.'
His co-presenter Reid says: 'Whoops!' as his colleague tries to regain composure and an awkward silence ensues.
A few seconds later he manages to find his words, asking: 'Do you think it's possible to impose a higher tax on betting companies?'
Madeley is filling in for Good Morning Britain regular Piers Morgan while he is on annual leave.
But it is not the first time the presenter has fumbled his words when filling in for Morgan.
