Congratulations to Chrishell Stause and Justin Hartley! The happy couple walked down the aisle on October 28 and looked just too perfect on their wedding day. For all you girls who swooned over the Passions actor and are asking yourselves, “Who did Justin Hartley marry?” Well, it’s The Young and the Restless star Chrishell Stause.
Wearing a feathered and beaded pristine white gown, 36-year-old Chrishell Stause walked down the aisle to marry Justin Hartley after being together since 2014. The beautiful ceremony included family and friends, as well as Stause’s co-stars like Mandy Moore.
Justin Hartley from This is Us, looked more than happy on his wedding day. He seemed very relaxed while he said his vows in the wispy outdoor setting in Malibu, California.
So, who is Chrishell Stause? Keep reading to know more about the soap actress in our Chrishell Stause wiki.
A Memorable Birth
Terrina Chrishell Stause was born on July 21, 1981, and there is a story behind her name.
Stause’s mother went into labor when she was at a Shell gas station, and the person who came to her help her was a gentleman named Chris. Thus, when Stause was born, they aptly named her Chrishell. Although it is her middle name, Stause goes with Chrishell professionally.
She was born in Kentucky, and not much is known about her schooling. We do know that she went to the Murray State University, Kentucky, and graduated in 2003 from there with a Bachelors of Arts in Theater.
Chrishell Stause has lineages from Japanese and Spanish backgrounds.
A Decade of Acting
Not long after graduating, Stause decided to become an actress and landed her most popular role, Amanda Dillon in All My Children in 2005. The soap star has been in the industry for more than 10 years now and has been associated with some hit TV shows.
The soap was dumped in 2011 as it had run its course, and after that, Stause was seen doing some guest appearances.
In 2013, she bagged the role of Jordan in the hit TV show Days of Our Lives. But two years after being on the show, Stause decided to move.
Stause took up a guest role in ABC’s Mistresses in 2015. And the following year, she landed a role in The Young and the Restless as Bethany Bryant. The soap has become somewhat an iconic show and is now in its 45th season.
Becoming Mrs. Hartley
Chrishell Stause was engaged to Matthew Morrison back in 2006. But, the couple called off the engagement just a short while later.
Justin Hartley, on the other hand, was married to co-star Lindsay Korman from Passions. They dated since 2003, and the couple got engaged in November that same year. The couple got married on May 1, 2004, and welcomed their daughter, Bella Justice Hartley, on July 3, 2004.
Unfortunately, the marriage didn’t last. Korman filed for divorce after eight years in May 2012, and joint custody of Bella was given.
Then on October 28, 2017, talented actors, Hartley and Stause got married after being together for more than four years. Hartley’s daughter was the cutest bridesmaid there ever was as she attended the wedding in California.
