Sweden is now home to its first three Michelin-starred restaurant,
thanks to chef Bjorn Frantzen and his Stockholm eatery Frantzen.
Inspectors promoted the restaurant to three stars in the latest edition
of Michelin Guide Nordic, 2018, after giving it two stars back in 2010.
International director Michael Ellis calls the Nordic and
Japanese-influenced cuisine at Frantzen "a gustatative experience like
